A particularly effective combination of a bag maker and filler is called Form-Fill-Seal Line (FFS). The finished printed bags are transferred to the filler directly inside the machine where they are filled and sealed with a stopper.
The bags can be produced with tube / stopper as well as with different hard port systems.
The range of speed of the Pharmatec – FFS reaches from 1000 to 5000 bags / hour, depending on the size and complexity of the articles. The bags are produced and filled in 1-up to 5-up operation.
The machines can be equipped with various options such as peel seam, printing and marking, laminar flow, pressure stabilization and many others as specified per customer’s wishes.
